Order Acceptance Policy

Your submission of an order and/or receipt of an order confirmation automated or otherwise, do not signify our acceptance of such order. We reserves the right to cancel any order that we deem necessary, at our sole discretion, regardless of the order status or whether you have received a confirmation of the order. We reserve the right to require additional information from you before accepting or processing any order.

Return Policy

All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number is required for all returns. A 15% restocking fee may also apply to all refunds. All products are shipped with a repair/replacement warranty period. Customers must inform us, either by phone or email, of any order discrepancy within 7 days of the order receipt date, such as a damaged box, so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly. Processing Time

Your order will be processed the day you submit it online as long as we can verify everything that day. However it could take up to 24-48 hrs to ship. Orders that have items that are backordered could have extended lead times. Incase any product is need for an overnight or rush delivery please Contact Us before placing the order.
